Refund & Dispute Policy

1. When a refund applies

  • The order timed out before payment proof was submitted — the order is voided, no refund needed.
  • You paid but the counterparty failed to release crypto — your INR is recovered from escrow and returned in full.
  • The counterparty disputed the proof and admin review confirmed payment was valid — your trade is completed.

2. When a refund does NOT apply

  • You sent crypto/INR outside the order window or to a wrong address — irreversible; refund is at counterparty's discretion.
  • You used a payment method other than the one shown on the order — refund pending bank-side resolution, up to 3 working days.
  • Voluntary cancellation after settlement has begun — no refund of platform commission.

3. Dispute process

Open a dispute from the order page. Both parties have 24 hours to submit evidence (transaction screenshots, bank statements, chain hashes). Admin reviews and issues a binding decision within 48 hours of evidence cutoff.

4. Refund timelines

Bank refunds (UPI/IMPS): 1–3 working days. Crypto refunds: typically the same day, subject to network congestion. Refunds are issued to the same source the original payment came from.
